How we work
We provide branding, web design, UX/UI, and digital marketing services on a project or retainer basis. Every engagement starts with a discovery call where we agree on scope, timeline, and price before any work begins.
Contracts and payment
Every project is covered by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that defines exactly what we're delivering, by when, and for how much. Work begins only after the SOW is signed and the advance payment is confirmed.
We typically work in sprints with milestone-based payments — 50% upfront, 50% on delivery for one-time projects. Retainers are billed monthly.
Revisions
Minor adjustments are included in every project. Significant changes to scope, direction, or structure after approval are treated as change requests and quoted separately before we proceed.
Timelines
Delivery timelines are agreed in the SOW. Delays caused by late feedback, missing materials, or unapproved stages shift deadlines accordingly. We send weekly status updates so you always know where the project stands.
Intellectual property
All deliverables become your property upon full payment. Until then, all work remains the property of Grona Tech OÜ. We may use completed work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA is in place.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without your written consent.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the last two months or two sprints of work, whichever is greater. We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from the use of our deliverables.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first, and if unresolved, by arbitration at the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tallinn.
