A few things founders usually want to know.

Let's talk

Very early. You don’t need a finished brief, wireframes, or even a prototype. If you have a strong product idea and are starting to think seriously about what to build, that’s enough to begin the conversation. In fact, the earlier the important decisions are still flexible, the more useful we can be.

No. Defining the MVP is part of the work. You don’t need a feature list or a finished scope. We start from your goals, users, and constraints, then help you decide what the first version needs — and what can wait.

Yes. A fast prototype is useful because it makes the idea tangible. But it can also lock in decisions that were never properly considered. We use what you’ve created as a starting point, then step back and ask what the product actually needs before turning it into something ready for development.

No. If we think a feature is unnecessary, a flow is too complicated, or there’s a stronger way to solve the problem, we’ll tell you. We’re not hired to execute decisions blindly. We’re hired to help make better ones.

You’ll be involved where your input matters most: product decisions and key checkpoints. We start by understanding the product with you, then handle the design process and bring you in when decisions or feedback are needed. Most communication can happen asynchronously.

A full mobile product engagement typically takes around 3–4 weeks. You’ll usually start seeing product direction and recommendations within the first few days. Exact timing depends on product complexity, scope, and feedback.

A clearly defined, development-ready mobile product for the agreed scope. That can include the product direction, core flows, key states and interactions, polished UI, design system, prototype, and handoff materials. We also stay available for 30 days to answer design-related questions during implementation.

It depends on the complexity of the product and the resources it needs, so we price every project individually.
